The award winning state-of-the-art hospital is situated in one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing areas. Brookfield Multiplex engaged Sync to build 245 custom bathroom pods for the project, which had to meet all necessary DDA and National Construction Code regulations. Featuring 31 different typologies, the fit-for-purpose pods were delivered to site complete with coved wall to floor joins for ease of cleaning and optimal hygiene.

Challenge:

Fast turnaround times were required for the differing 245 bathroom pod construction process, with over 7,500m2 of levelling and waterproofing of bathroom suites required for this project.

Solution:

ARDEX provided the ARDEX Feather Finish, and ARDEX WPM 002 waterproofing membrane system used for the vinyl application within the prefabricated pods.
