Fabian joined Ardex in 2007 and has worked in both the Australian and the US Ardex businesses. Fabian’s background is in Sales, Marketing and General Management and is currently responsible for leading the Ardex Australian business. Previously Fabian has been a member of the Ardex Group marketing team, Ardex Academy team as well as currently holding the position of global process owner of sales and distribution for the Ardex SAP system. Fabian is based in the Sydney regional headquarters.
John joined Ardex in 2019. John’s background is in Sales, Marketing and Business Development and is currently responsible for all customer facing aspects of the Ardex Australian business including Sales, Marketing, Training and Customer Service. Previous commercial experience has been gained with other multinational and Australian businesses both here in Australia, North America and Europe. John is currently a member of the Corporate Unit – Sales Excellence, and is based in the Sydney regional headquarters.
Darrell joined ARDEX in 2016. Darrell is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA (Macq) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Previous commercial experience in manufacturing and distribution with both multinationals and Australian businesses. He is responsible for all matters including finance and financial reporting, legal, company secretarial, information technology and some general administration. Darrell is based in the Sydney regional headquarters.
Regional Operations Director – Asia Pacific
Chris joined Ardex Australia in 2006. He is responsible for the production, inventory planning, purchasing, warehousing and distribution for the Australian business. He is a member of the Ardex Group working capital and procurement teams, as well as being global process owner of production planning and materials management for the ARDEX SAP system. Chris is also working on a number of operations related projects in Asia. He is based in the Sydney regional headquarters.
Regional Technical Director – Asia Pacific
Rolf joined ARDEX in 1995 and transferred to Australia from our global headquarters in 2007. He is responsible for Research and Development and the Technical Service Department for Ardex Australia. He is based in Sydney.
Regional Human Resources Manager
Shalini joined Ardex in 2016 as the Regional Human Resources Manager-APAC. Part of the Senior Leadership team she has the responsibility for delivery of both the strategic and operational goals of the organisation for all HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, coaching and mentoring, IR/ ER, Workers Compensation and work, health and safety, award interpretation and legislative compliance. Shalini is based in the Sydney Regional headquarters.
National Sales Manager – Dunlop
Tim Purdy joined Ardex Australia in 1990 as an Ardex account manager in Victoria. He became National Hardware manager in 2002 before becoming National Sales Manager for the Dunlop brand from 2003. He is based in the Melbourne State Office.
Marketing Manager – Product and Customer
Raewyn Hughes is the Marketing Manager for Product and Customer. Since joining ARDEX in 2008, her passion lays in customer experience; managing products and categories with a focus on product innovation, development of customer and market strategy on both a local and international level across various brands and market segments. Raewyn is located primarily in the Sydney Offices.
National Supply Chain Manager
Alan joined Ardex in 2017 and is based in the Sydney Head Office. Alan has more than 35 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Procurement in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and FMCG businesses across both privately owned SME’s and public and private multinational organisations. At Ardex Alan is responsible for the Supply Chain team managing national warehousing and distribution, purchasing and planning, and inventory management activities. Alan is also a member of the Ardex Global Supply Chain team.
