This 3.5 hour course is for experienced or trade qualified Waterproofers or Ceramic Tile Installers looking to gain accreditation and/or refresh and update in ARDEX waterproofing products.
This course includes both hands on and theoretical training in the correct use and installation of ARDEX Undertile Liquid waterproofing membranes for both internal wet areas and external areas before the installation of tiles. The ARDEX Undertile Waterproofing Training includes surface preparation, types of Undertile membranes, Australian Standards and Regulations, application of undertile membranes, ARDEX product range, internal wet area membrane installation and detailing, external membrane installation and detailing, typical membrane failures and causes, product discussions and questions.
This Undertile program will include morning tea only.
Builders can also earn up to 4 CPD points by completing this course.
Broad learning area is “Building – Technical Issues” and the topic is – Waterproofing – external (balconies and planter boxes) or internal (bathrooms)
