ARDEX $3K GIVEAWAY & 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

Terms & Conditions

1.ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 20 Powers Rd, SEVEN HILLS, NSW 2147 Australia; is the organiser of this trade promotion lottery.

2.The Promotion is a lottery game of chance titled ARDEX $3K GIVEAWAY AND 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS (the Promotion).

3.The Promotion period is 9am AEDT on 8 December 2022 until 12pm 23 December 2022 AEDT

4.The Promotion is to be held online via three platforms:

• • $3K Giveaway via the ARDEX Australia website: ardexaustralia.com/giveaway
  • @Ardexau Facebook page for the 12 days of Christmas
  • @Ardexaustralia Instagram page for the 12 days of Christmas

5. This Promotion covers legislation across every state and complies with the general conditions set out within:

• • Community Gaming Laws including:

  • NSW Trade Promotion Authority
  • VIC Trade Promotion Lotteries

  • Meta’s Online Gambling and Gaming Advertising Policy

Conditions of Entry

6. Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who take part in one of two ways (or both):

• • Enter their details into the form on the website for Prize 4a at address ardexaustralia.com/giveaway and/or
  • Follow our page/s; tag a friend and add an emoji that describes them for Prize 4b

7. The conditions of entry comply with legislation across every state and include:

• • The Promotion is free for Participants to enter
  • The Promotion is open to Australian residents only
  • Participants of the Promotion must meet requirements:
    • 6a to enter the $3K giveaway
    • 6b to enter the 12 days of Christmas
  • Entries are open:
    • From 8 December until 23 December for 4a
    • Between 9am-8pm each day for 4b
  • Quantity of entry:
    • Participants can only enter 4a once
    • Participants can enter 4b each of the 12 days and as many unique entries daily as desired
  • ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion

Conduct of the Lotteries

8. The lottery draw for 4a will take place at 12.00pm AEST on 23 December and the winner will be randomly selected from the list of Participants and contacted via email.

9. The lottery draws for 4b will take place at 8.05pm AEDT each weekday of the promotion period. The winner will be announced on the page’s Story and contact via direct message.

10. The conditions of the lotteries comply with the authorities listed in 5.

Details of Prize 4a

11. There is one prize only in 4a. valued at $3K. The Promotion prize includes:

• • 1-1.5 days of customised ARDEXacademy Training, delivered by a qualified ARDEX Trainer, the content of which includes floor levelling, surface preparation, concrete repairs, priming, waterproofing, tile adhesives, tiling, grouts and silicones.
  • Destination for the training is either at the winner’s local ARDEX facility for their entire team OR travel to ARDEX Sydney with costs covered for 2 people’s travel (Jetstar Airlines) and accommodation (Rydges Norwest) from their local capital city OR customised online training for the same amount of time delivered across multiple sessions
  • Merchandise pack for two, as per Day 1 in 12a below

Details of Prizes 4b

12. Each day, there will be a pack given away, value not applicable due to the fact that the prizes are not for individual sale, including:

• • Day 1 – 10 ARDEX Tees, Water Bottles and Caps
  • Day 2 – 5 ARDEX Black tees, 2 Nippers, 2 Splash Trowels, 2 Easy Coverage Trowels, 2 Scrapers
  • Day 3 – 5 ARDEX Small cooler packs and black tees
  • Day 4 – 5 ARDEX Beanies, Small cooler bags
  • Day 5 – 3 ARDEX Yellow fluro Tees, caps, backpacks
  • Day 6 – 10 ARDEX Grey Tees, caps and drink bottles
  • Day 7 – ARDEX Esky packed with black tees and caps for your team
  • Day 8 – 5 ARDEX Yellow fluro Tees, caps
  • Day 9 – 5 ARDEX Smaller cooler packs and black tees
  • Day 10 – 5 ARDEX Black tees and tools: 2 Nippers, 2 Notched Spreaders, 2 Wall Scrapers
  • Day 11 – 10 ARDEX Tees, Water Bottles and Caps
  • Day 12 – Large cooler bag, tees, 2 tile nippers, 2 notched spreaders, 2 wall scrapers, easy coverage trowel

13. Prizes from 4a will take place within 12 months of the promotion upon an agreed time confirmed in writing. Pack 12a will be delivered within one month of the promotion

14. Prizes from 4b will be delivered to the winners via Australia Post. Every effort will be made to ensure prizes are claimed. Unclaimed prizes will go to their local stockist after 3 months of unclaimed prizes. Any deliveries from the stockist to the winner will be at the cost of the winner.

15. The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the Internet on the ARDEX Australia website, as stipulated by each state’s requirements for trade promotion lottery.
