ARDEX Brand Advocacy Program

The ARDEX Brand Advocate Program is a contra arrangement between ARDEX Australia and you, the Installer, whereby ARDEX rewards you for providing content to be used for promotional purposes. No money is exchanged between the two parties.

 

Content will be used via channels including social media, electronic communications, website, banners, public relations, print and marketing materials. You are providing ARDEX with non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited rights to use this content.

What we need from you

  1. One project – in progress videos right through to the final project per quarter
  2. One project – set of photos in-progress right through to the final project per quarter

Approvals

Once repurposed, ARDEX will re-send to you for approval. However, it is your responsibility to seek approval from the participating parties.

Acknowledgement

ARDEX will always acknowledge you as creator of the work, either as a tag or caption mention. Where the social media platform allows, we will add you as a Collaborator to the post or item.

ARDEX Australia Brand Advocate Program Terms & Conditions

1. In accepting this agreement, you are exchanging the ownership of the content to ARDEX Australia and, in doing so, removing any rights as outlined in copyright law.
2. Attend ARDEX Academy Training every four years in the course that best represents your area of expertise. *If the course that you require is not available in your capital city, or sold out, the theory of the course content will be sent to you for review and discussion.
3. Use SystemARDEX products in your installation. At times, one product may be required for the necessary application. However, where more than one product is required, we expect that ARDEX complimentary products will be used.
4. Do not use competitor products where there is an ARDEX-equivalent product. In the case where there is not an ARDEX-equivalent product, and it is used in combination with ARDEX products, we prefer the installation is not selected as the content submitted.
5. Use ARDEX branding within the content, where possible. This can be ARDEX packaging or ARDEX merchandise.
6. Do not display other brand exposure. For examples, building signage, products, merchandise.
7. Where another provider has been part of the installation or project, seek their permission to share content.
8. Tools must be ARDEX, DTA or Dunlop branded or non branded.
9. Use correct installations, according to ARDEX Technical Datasheets and Australian standards. ARDEX reserves the right to decline any content submitted that does not meet requirements.
10. Wear and use correct PPE, according to ARDEX Technical Datasheets and Australian standards. ARDEX reserves the right to decline any content submitted that does not meet requirements.
11. Video must be filmed in 9:16 format which is portrait orientation via phones for use on Instagram reels. Files can be submitted separately, over the time of the project, or all at once.
12. Voice overs during video recording is encouraged if explaining installation details.
13. No special effects or production is required. Raw files are best.
14. Photos must be taken in 9:16 (portrait orientation) via phones
15. A combination of photos and videos per project is accepted and encouraged but is considered one submission.
16. Declaration of the agreement is not required either publicly or to the ATO.
17. Details of the agreement are confidential between the two parties unless otherwise agreed.
18. Changes to the agreement are possible if made in writing and acceptable to both parties.
19. Termination of the agreement is possible after the first year for both parties, on request.
20. ARDEX will continue to honour the agreement benefits throughout the term of the agreement, including new products, new merchandise, updated training, and social media exposure.
