Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate have been awarded the prestigious Excellence in Industrial Development for the ARDEX Oceania HQ Facility at the Urban Development Institute Australia (UDIA) NSW 2025 Awards for Excellence.
The new 26,654 sqm state-of-the-art facility at The YARDS Estate in Kemps Creek has been recognised for its innovation, sustainability and leading-edge design, demonstrating Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate’s commitment to delivering bespoke facilities that are helping to shape the future of the industrial property landscape.
Completed in September 2024 and formally opened in December, the facility serves as ARDEX Australia’s regional HQ across Australia and New Zealand. Targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating it has been designed with sustainability and employee wellness at the forefront, while revolutionising the way the company operates by streamlining efficiencies by 200%.
The new $140 million facility is a first for manufacturing estates in Australia, consolidating three sites into one advanced facility that combines manufacturing, warehousing and support functions under one roof and will enable ARDEX Australia to significantly expand its operations.

Key building features include a world class 35-metre-high powder manufacturing tower, a 20-metre silo tower, onsite production and manufacturing, research labs, warehouse storage and training rooms. It also includes an onsite gym, multiple café areas for staff, a roof top terrace and high-end interior designed offices.
Underscoring ARDEX Australia’s future-focused sustainable vision, the facility will support a 50-year operational lifespan.
