1. Entry is only open to customers in Australia. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Persons must be over the age of 18 to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry/claims process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3. Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry per $500 spent on ARDEX or nominated products during the promotional period.
4. Entry is conditional upon the purchase of a minimum of $500 of ARDEX or nominated products during the promotion period.
5. Promotion commences on 1st October 2023. The final date for entries/registration is 5:00pm on 8th December 2023. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. All outstanding accounts must be paid in full for eligibility in claiming the prize.
7. How to Enter:
8. Purchase any ARDEX product from any Intaflooors Trade Depot in Australia during the promotional period with a minimum cumulative value of $500 per transaction to receive 1 entry. $500 = 1 entry; $1000 = 2 entries; $2000 = 4 entries etc
a. Purchase any promotional item promoted with bonus entries across the promotional period to receive the specified bonus entries.
b. Fill in the details on the entry ticket and place into the entry barrel at any Intafloors Trade Depot.
9. The winners will be drawn by barrel draw at Intafloors Silverwater (1/110 Asquith St Silverwater NSW 2128) at 10am on 15th December 2023. Prizes will be drawn from minor prize #1 through to #16. One minor prize is claimable per entrant. All entrants are then included in the draw for the major prize.
10. There is a total of seventeen (17) prizes available.

Each account holder is eligible to win one (1) minor prize only, but all entries are valid for the major prize.
12. The prize is won by the account holder.
13. Prize winners will be notified by phone and email within 5 business days of the draw.
14. If the winner is ineligible or there is unclaimed prizes a redraw will take place on December 22nd 2023.
15. Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prizes (if applicable), including GST, and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
17. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded for winning
eligible entrant.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically
enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
20. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
21. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to The Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s
identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim the Prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing the Prize. If the documentation required by The Promoter is not received by The Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to The Promoter’s satisfaction, then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
22. The Prize will only be awarded following any winner validation & verification that the Promoter requires at its sole discretion.
23. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant ‘opts in’, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
24. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
25. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), global pandemic, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
