Terms & Conditions: ARDEX Training Promotion
Organizer:
ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 20 Powers Rd, SEVEN HILLS, NSW 2147 Australia; is the organizer of this training promotion lottery.
Promotion Details:
The Promotion is a lottery game of skill titled “Cool & Quizzical – Win a pair of ARDEX sunnies! ” (the Promotion).
The Promotion period starts from 5 pm AEDT on 6th October 2023 ongoing.
The Promotion consists of two parts: a) Participants completing the Training Refresher Quiz AND b) All participants who complete the quiz go into a lucky draw for a prize giveaway.

Conditions of Entry:
Participants are individuals who enter in one of two ways: by entering their details into the Training Refresher Quiz form.
The Promotion is free for Participants to enter.
Open to Australian residents only.
Participants must meet age requirements (as specified in the promotion).
Participants can only enter the lucky draw once.
ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify non-compliant entries.
The Promoter may verify the validity of entrants’ details.
Conduct of the Lotteries:
The prize winner will be notified via direct message.
Details of Prize:
Prize item: A pair of ARDEX Sunglasses (unisex, one standard size & one standard colour-Black)
Product information:
Impact-resistant, polycarbonate frame and arms.
Fitted with CE-standard 100% UV 400 lenses that provide both UVA and UVB protection.
ARDEX is not responsible for the warranty of the prize item.
Postage and Handling:
Prizes will be posted via standard Australia Post.
ARDEX is not responsible for product damage sustained as a result of postage handling.
Unclaimed prizes will go to their local stockist after 3 months of unclaimed prizes. Any deliveries from the stockist to the winner will be at the cost of the winner.
Public Availability:
The Promotion and associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the Internet on the ARDEX Australia website, as stipulated by each state’s requirements for training promotion lottery.
Interference and Modification:
If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants and modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
Liability:
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising out of the Promotion.
Personal Information:
By entering the promotion, each entrant consents that the Promoter may use and disclose their personal information as required.
Any personal information obtained by the Promoter will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cmth).
