Prize details

$1,000 of full RRP goods of your choice per winner per location (as defined below) from Beaumont Tile stores (as defined below)

The goods can comprise of:

  • ARDEX products
  • ABA products

The products will be valued at full RRP, even if Beaumont Tiles is on sale at the time of selection. There can be no refunds or returns whatsoever on the selected items. The prize value must be purchased in one receipt from the Beaumont store listed on the entry receipt submitted. If there is a value variance, that value cannot be taken as cash or transferred in any way.

The prize must be taken in full on or before 30 June 2024. Failure to do so will see the prize in full forfeited.

Products selected must be current in-stock items, no special orders accepted.

Promotion date

The promotion starts 20 November 2023 and concludes 27 November 2023 at midnight AEDT.

How to enter

You must purchase any ARDEX or ABA products to the minimum value of $200 (ex GST) from a Beaumonts store (as defined below). In store, you will be provided with a QR Code that links to an entry page on ARDEX Australia’s website. Enter the form and upload a photo of the receipt. Specific details may vary and include first name, last name, mobile, email, state, and Beaumont store. The information collected is governed under the ARDEX Privacy Policy.

Purchases over $400 will receive two entries into the draw. Purchases over $600 will receive three, and so on.

You will be asked to agree to be part of ARDEX VIP mailing list and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Locations

Each entry will be pooled into a draw based upon their locations as follows:

  • NSW/ACT
  • VIC/TAS
  • SA/NT
  • WA
  • QLD

Draw

A third party representative will be present at the ARDEX Australia head office to draw the winners on 28 November 2023 and winners will be notified by phone and email, along with notice to their participating Beaumont store.

Participating Beaumonts Stores include all those listed on the website here.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry is only open to customers in Australia. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Persons must be over the age of 18 to enter.
  2. Information collected pertains to the details required for the entry (name, contact details and receipt upload) and will be managed in accordance with ARDEX Privacy Policy here.
  3. Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry per $200 spent on ARDEX or ABA or nominated products during the promotional period.
  4. Promotion commences on 20 November 2023. The final date for entries/registration is midnight AEDT on 27 November 2023. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  5. All outstanding accounts must be paid in full for eligibility in claiming the prize.
  6. The winners will be drawn by barrel draw at ARDEX Australia (20 Powers Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147) at 12pm on 28 November 2023. Prizes will be drawn for each location.
  7. Beaumont Tiles or ARDEX Employees are not eligible to enter
  8. Beaumont Tiles reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.  Failure by Beaumont Tiles to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  9. In consideration for Beaumont Tiles awarding the prize to the Major Prize Winner, the Winner hereby permits the Winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the Winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Beaumont Tiles or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  10. Prizes must be used by winner, they can-not be transferred in any way.
  11. The winner of the competition will be contacted direct via the provided email and announced on the ARDEX website, Facebook and Instagram stories 28 November, 2024.
  12. It is the responsibility of the entrants to check to see they are a winner and or answer the email.
  13. Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prizes (if applicable), including GST, and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
  15. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded for winning
    eligible entrant.
  16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  18. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  19. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to The Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim the Prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing the Prize. If the documentation required by The Promoter is not received by The Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to The Promoter’s satisfaction, then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
  20. The Prize will only be awarded following any winner validation & verification that the Promoter requires at its sole discretion.
  21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant ‘opts in’, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
  22. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  23. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), global pandemic, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
