2.The Promotion is a lottery game of skill titled ARDEX Summer 23 Giveaway (the Promotion).
3.The Promotion period is 9am AEDT on 26 January 2023 until 12pm 29 January 2023 AEDT
4.The Promotion is to be held online via Instagram and Facebook:

Conditions of Entry
6. Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who take part as follows:

7. The conditions of entry comply with legislation across every state and include:

- The Promotion is free for Participants to enter
- The Promotion is open to Australian residents only
- Participants of the Promotion must meet requirements:

- Entries are open:
- From 26 January until 29 January 2023
- Quantity of entry:
- Participants can enter as many unique entries daily as desired
- ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion
Conduct of the Lottery
8. The lottery entries will be judged by a panel of ARDEX staff
9. The lottery judge will take place 12.30pm AEDT on Monday 30 January 2023. The winner will be announced on the page’s Story and contact via direct message on the social platform within which they have entered.
10. The conditions of the lotteries comply with the authorities listed in 5.
Details of Prize
11. There is one prize

- ARDEX 22 litre Esky packed with 7 black tees and 7 caps
13. The Prize will be delivered within one month of the promotion
14. The Prize will be delivered to the winners via Australia Post. Every effort will be made to ensure prizes are claimed. Unclaimed prizes will go to their local stockist after 3 months of unclaimed prizes. Any deliveries from the stockist to the winner will be at the cost of the winner.
15. The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the Internet on the ARDEX Australia website, as stipulated by each state’s requirements for trade promotion lottery.
16. This Promotion complies under the ARDEX Australia Privacy Policy.
